"If you order curbside or pickup be prepared to a lot of time for your food, they like to mark your ordered as ready so they can keep their metrics high but will then make you wait more than 20 minutes for it."
"Did a curbside order today. Despite the app saying “a team member is on the way” it took an additional 10+ minutes. It’s possibly done to lower the wait time for the restaurant but it is frustrating. My food arrived in a wet bag and the attendant said “sorry”. I said no problem. Arrived home and I am missing the salsa for my wrap. This restaurant can do better."
"Nice staff. Amazing delivery service (food stays warm). Always a clean atmosphere. Favorite chickfila in Laredo! Also, the last chickfila to do away with asking for "well done," which really sucked for me, but I totally understand why it was possibly done."
