"So I’m actually not thrilled to post this, because the guy was super nice, but…. The hair cut was bad. Very bad. This place had stellar reviews so I chose them. I called ahead of time and asked if they cut kids hair. I informed whoever I was talking to that my 11 year old son was autistic and a little squirmy in the chair. They said that was fine and made us an appointment. When we got there we asked for short on the sides, longer on the top, and my son requested he get a star put into the side of his hair. The whole reason we came to an actual barber shop instead of our usual lady, was for that dang star. The barber was nice enough, but I could tell he was a little heavy handed, because my son did say owe quite a few times. When we were done, we paid the man and left. I noticed right away the star was asymmetrical and wonky but I blew it off, because I know my son is squirmy, and I figured he tried his best. The rest of my sons hair was still wet and from what I could tell looked fine. The MINUTE his hair dried, I could see what a chop job had been done on his hair. My son has a hard enough time in life with his multiple disabilities, I feel so bad I got him this hair cut. I hope no one is mean about it. The pictures really don’t do it justice, it’s pretty bad."

"This place is all the good things from old school barber shops without any of the pretense. I REALLY can’t thank them enough. I had taken my son elsewhere for a haircut. Mistake. He was heartbroken. We walked in to this shop literally 10 minutes before closing. They were AMAZING. They were warm and kind and fun! Mark fixed my son’s haircut and made him look absolutely debonair! But more importantly they made him FEEL important and attractive AND PERFECT! I don’t take the time to review places, but these guys deserve it. They deserve EVERY accolade. Thank you guys so much. We will definitely return."
