"The taxi showed up on time so one star. The rest of experience was poor. The dispatcher on the phone has an attitude. We had to pay only in cash and not mentioned before. They didn’t provide us with a receipt. I called to get one emailed and they were unable to do it and said to call back next week and try again. Also, the van was really dirty and gross and the seat belts didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this company."
