"BUYER BEWARE! Jason did our insurance for almost 4 years health and car. over that time I had caught him not telling me the whole truth when I know he knew the information. This cost us THOUSANDS of dollars. I went to renew with him for next year and wanted to change my insurance (after getting the correct information from another agent), I gave him a week in advance to work it out and he just blew the whole thing off. Never called me back! This let my insurance lapse AND HE KNEW IT WOULD. Instead of just calling and letting me know they did not want to do my insurance. My mistake was to trust he would but he decided to just blow my whole family off no matter what it would do to us. This is after giving that company our business for 4 years. I'm sure it is because when I wanted to make the changes he felt it wasn't worth it to him. POOR CHOICE FOR A BUSINESS. BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL *NOW I READ HIS LONG RESPONSE ON MY REVIEW. THE LENGTH OF IT SHOULD SPEAK A LOT FOR WHY YOU HAVE TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF. ITS REALLY SIMPLE, YOU HELD IMPORTANT INFORMATION BACK WHICH COST THOUSANDS, FIGURED OUT A RENEWAL UNDER THE MINIMUM I WAS ASKING FOR DID NOT PROFIT YOU AND WHILE I THOUGHT YOU WERE HELPING ME YOU WERE HELPING YOURSELF. THEN WHEN I WAS MORE EDUCATED BY A 30 YEAR VETERAN OF INSURANCE AND REALIZED IT, I FELT PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW. WHEN YOU HOLD A LICENCE, IT IS FOR THE GOOD OF OTHER PEOPLE AND TO HELP THEM, NOT TO HELP YOURSELF. THEN TO TRY TO SAY DISPARAGING THINGS ABOUT MY SITUATION IS BORDELINE OF LOSING YOUR LICENSE SO I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL. YOU ARE JUST SHOWING PEOPLE YOUR TRUE COLORS."
