"I have doubts that your reviews are original. Not long ago I was researching a particular company and there was a mayor complain on the company. About a customer . If you say that someone canot pay the way out how you explain that now according to you guys the company that had a couple of negative reviews has suposubly a perfect score. I definitely doubt that this scores for some of the companies are honest. Unbelievable, these days we lost all trust for honesty and good ethics. These days is who rolls the dice and who has the money to pay their way out!"

"Absolutely useless! I got scammed out out of $5000 on a Transmission rebuild with a BBB accredited business. I filed a complaint over three months ago with zero response from the business and they’re still accredited through the Better Business Bureau. All they do is collect money from businesses, convincing them that anyone actually cares that they are approved by this bureau. Save your time and effort, and don’t make a claim because it won’t do anything."

"A business absolutely can pay to improve their grade...just the other week your office called us and asked for the bribe!! Your company is fraudulent and ridiculous. Verified reviews......that is laughable. The proof is what I am doing now. Nothing here has been verified. Rachelle Jackson is not even my actual name...I am not even a woman. You are lying to the public...you should be ashamed. How a business like this exists is beyond me. All this website does is bribe people to pay them off so you can display some fake Grade and fake reviews....Ridiculous."

"Frontier airlines has no way to get a refund of my money wasted on their reservation. They had no one at the ticket desk to check me in one hour ahead of the flight -- (there were also other ticket purchasers wishing to check in--with no luck). We were abandoned, and the kiosk does not allow for check-in, only to pay for carry on baggage... yes carry on baggage costs as much as the ticket. I had to run to Southwest and purchase a $180 ticket to get SLC to DEN, and I almost missed that airplane -- had to run a long way to the gate. When I call Frontier, they say they are backed up more than 30 minutes and they never answer. Once I got "Oscar" on the line and he hung up, pretending to get 'disconnected' or 'technical difficulties' rather than give me my refund. The next person did the same thing after a long wait on an endless circle of automated nothing. They are not a real business, and should not be trusted to fly people in the air! If they cannot even man their ticket counter, they have no business flying people. Customer service is fraudulent. Please investigate this BBB! I contacted them on facebook and they only agreed to a 'credit.' I will never use Frontier again. A credit is not worth anything, I need an actual refund. They are taking and keeping people's funds, and not following up on their end of the responsibility."

"About 25 - 35 of us stayed at the Residence Inn Marriott in downtown near the convention center. Carpets were stained, doors wouldn't shut (bathroom), the filter for AC was a fire hazard, not once did anyone clean, in fact we had to put bags of garbage outside our doors in hopes that they got picked up same day. Their underground parking flooded for 2 days with NO RAIN. Pipes were definitely shot. Windows nasty and toilets had moldy rings in them. The whole place was nasty. Food was cold for continental breakfast. And management when told responded with give them another chance? We paid $1500 for 5 days to stay in squalor. No Thank you. Don't stay here."
