Crazy Deals

"New Owners have destroyed the customer service at this store. As a community advocate, when they were taping (yes taping) a mattress to the Column outside, I politely said they couldn't do that because it's against city of Dallas Code and it looks bad in the neighborhood. the new owner (literally) his first day in the store yelled at me to get out of his store and DO NOT SELL HIM ANYTHING......another owner that I knew at another store told me I was ok and I could return, again, the new partner owner threatened to call the police on me. Side Note, they pull most of the good stuff out and sell at a higher price, so the great "Crazy Deals" is no more!! Lots of broken not working products. Sadly, when testing some products, they don't work and they put them back in the bin hoping someone else will buy. A peaceful regular shopper that spent lots of money in their store.....They are NOT a good neighbor anymore. Very disappointing."

"THIS STORE IS A BLESSING. I tell people about the store and I say it seems like it’s the store from my dad who is now in heaven long story short because growing up I didn’t have much. I am able to give back so much to others because of the store. Pay attention people this store gives back to us. We are in tough times go in the store and I guarantee you it is a needle in a haystack. The management and the crew are great. Plus , they are enjoying themselves while giving back to us and the people that go inside the store don’t treat them right by opening the packaging so it’s hard to please people, but I know this store has made a lot of people smile. And save money."
