"Others had good experiences when dyeing or bleaching their hair from here, but I did not. Spend the extra money to go to a hair salon that knows how to dye and bleach hair. They will not give you any refund at all even if you’re not satisfied with your hair. I had uneven strands, random grays, and harsh blending. I gave two stars because Quynh was nice, but after i asked for a refund she was not so fond."
"There is an individual that works here by the name of David. He is very rude and unprofessional at his job. Telling my girlfriend to F-off when all she did was ask a simple question about her hair. I don’t think my friends and I are coming back to this joke of a business."
