"DONT GO THERE IN THE AM , there was an older lady there and dude worst costumer service ever. I showed her a picture of what I want for my son and she cut most of his hair off !!! I’m literally about to cry cause it so ugly!!! She was so aggressive with my son that she started to squirm!! He loves getting hair but after this we are not going back !!!!"
