"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. 3 months in a row they didn't start my automatic payments and so I would pay the $20 late fee and have them reassure me that the automatic payment is set up just have my service canceled again the next month. Must unprofessional company ever. That's how they scam people and make money by handling their insurance for them. The whole point of using this company is so they can navigate the insurance company so I don't have to. And they can't even set up automatic payments? Then what am I even paying for. Trash service is what I paid for. I will NEVER recommend Ace to anyone."
