"It is unfortunate that I will have to shop around for a new plan. Switched to State Farm because of the lower cost, however within a year and 0 claims and tickets later my cost continues to go up."

"I was in an accident which is very clear that it was not my fault and they were incompetent. They asked me to take my previous review down, after literally just doing their job as if I owed them the favor for covering my car. Fast forward to now, they will no longer cover me. This insurance is willing to insure you as long as you don’t use the coverage. Still incompetent. 4 years without an accident and I never got a discount. 1 accident later insurance doubles and unknown fees are added. Edit replying to weak defense: You’re absolutely right I am not an insurance agent but from my experience neither you or your staff understand the insurance world either. Corporate blames you and you blame corporate for the mistakes. Now if you were to say I’ve been late on payments, have countless tickets, am a danger to the road, was at fault on my one accident etc; then I would absolutely be on your side to cancel my policy + charge me double what my cost was previously. Let’s be clear I pay for the service and you did me no favors. And you never had a call from me to complain about my cost increase. I can pay it and completely understand circumstances of my unique case. I’m sure you insure people with worst luck than mine without issues so it just seems unfair to me. But that’s my opinion and experience. You have my number on file but you called everyone else but me to express your concern of my review."
