"I highly recommend AAA if one is traveling overseas and needs an international driver’s permit! In 20-30 minutes, you can get a photo taken, fill out a quick application, show your driver’s license, and be on your way! The permit is good for 12 months! Kate was very helpful as well! She deserves a promotion and raise!"

"I had issued a complaint to AAA and no response was given so I am posting this review. I called AAA roadside service of (I am a premium member). I needed assistance because I was locked out of my car (the estimated service wait was 2 hours) . While my wife could have driven to me in one hour it would mean she would have to drive back an hour so I decided to use AAA services. I was told there would be phone call when the servicer arrived, and because of the long wait I decided to eat some lunch at a (quick) restaurant just a few blocks away and walk in the park across the street. The servicer never called me and left while I was locked out of my car! I had to phone AAA to ask how much longer it would be and they said the servicer had already left. I was put back on the queue for another servicer and had to wait another 1-2 hours! The new servicer (kindly) did call me and met me at my car to unlock the car. In the end I wished I did not use AAA services and asked my wife to deliver me the spare key. This also lead to some difficulties as I was not able to pick up my son for day care and also had to miss work that evening. Had the first servicer called me and met me in the 1-2 hour time frame I would have been able to both pick up my son and make work!"

"I'm struggling with leaving this review, because the agent we've worked with at this location for years has been fantastic. Always very responsive, efficient, and helpful. Where I'm disappointed is with the yearly premium increases. Most years it's 10-20%, which is ridiculous. Every year during renewal I have to call in to decrease my coverage and/or have the policy rewritten. This year? 35% increase! And there's nothing they can do about it. I can understand a 3-5% increase to account for inflation, but 35%? I've been paying into this insurance on time for several years now, and have NEVER filed a claim. There's no justification for this. While I realize it's not within the control of the AAA Ogden Branch to set rates, unfortunately that is going to be reflected across all branches of the company so I'm leaving the review here."

"Best insurance ever! After we got hit with the tornado AAA had us a place to stay, food, everything we needed within a couple hours! And they covered everything and more! Could really see how much better they are when we really needed it. Lots of Neighbors with other insurance companies got kicked to the curb pretty much. Talk to Aimee McDowell best insurance agent there is in my opinion. She's very professional very good and always beats competitors pricing. Everyone I've ever recommended to call her has always been happy and she's always able to save you money without lacking benefits. Thank you AAA and Aimee you're the best!!"
