"Horrible. Do not go here. I was previously a customer for Kevin and Chay from 2015 to 2023. They refuse to help or answer the phones for issues. I have tried working with them to no avail. They've even refused to cancel my renters insurance and ATV insurance after my divorce forcing me to pay an additional $200 that I can't get back. Three months later and I am still trying to cancel my renters insurance. Each time I contact Travelers directly and am told its canceld some how Kevin or Chay call and have them continue it. Even my new insurance guy is frustrated with their failure as he has tried repeatedly to have them cancel it. Crooks. Wish I could give them negative 5 stars but I have to put at least 1 star to post."

"Great company! I called to get a cheaper rate on auto/ renters insurance and Kevin & Rick were very knowledgeable and got me a great rate! Pleased with the service and every time they even need something as long as I've gotten it in it's taken care of. I forgot to send a voided check the setup my auto pay at one point and had 2 to 3 months of bills. nightmare. But it was figured out pretty well and I'm happy with it."

"Referred to one stop by a friend. Worst insurance experience of my life. Avoid at all costs. Rick Rupe and his team use completely outdated systems. Everything is paper in a digital world. We started getting notices of non-payment from the insurance company. When we called Rick multiple time he assured us the issue was resolved. We gave him our payment info multiple times but then our insurance was cancelled and now we are getting collection notices and calls. Please avoid. Literally anyone is better."
