"I didn’t ask how much my haircut would be because in my experience within the last year it was between 20-25. When my stylist was finished she charged me $45!!!! I didn’t have her wash or style my hair. She cut off about 3”. The haircut was a good haircut but not worth $45!!! I’ve gone to fancy salons and they charge less than that. The stylist took advantage of me. I’ve tried to call the customer service number and filled out a complaint. No one has gotten back with me. It’s very disheartening how dishonest people are. Shame on you! Btw. I called another smart style in OKLAHOMA. I was told my cut should have been $21.95. This is in regards to your response to my review. I do not have an excessive amount of hair. About 3 inches of hair was cut off. I do not have extremely thick hair. I have a normal amount of hair when I sat down The stylist said wow, you have so much hair, which is a total lie, I don’t have any more hair than when I had it cut the last time. $45 for a Walmart haircut is ridiculous. I was totally taken advantage of and you should be ashamed of yourself."

"I had a wonderful experience today at this location. I had decided to give them a try as I walked by the salon and saw a young lady that looked as if she knew what she was doing. A few weeks ago I had received a terrible haircut from a different salon and had been scared to let anyone touch my hair but when I saw Kim something just told me to let her fix my mess and she did just that I absolutely love my hair and she even recommend a product that I used to use but haven’t in awhile but truly needed to start using again. I’m so very thankful for her talent, kindness and understanding. I assure you I will be returning in a month or so for a color and trim."

"Need to get more people in on Saturday! I understand its busy but make sure you have enough staff at the location on NW Expressway in Oklahoma City, OK. I came in today and tr hey told me it would be an hour wait, fine cool I'll come back. Came back less than hour about 45 minutes and they say it's another hour wait! I understand I didn't have an appointment but learn how to multitask with your clients if you are only going to have two people working on a Saturday!"

"First let me state, for a haircut this place is great depending on who is working at the time! I am currently pregnant and have been dying my hair the entire pregnancy after my doctor gave me clearance. The stylist straight up told me she wouldn't risk her license by doing it, even with my doctors approval. Never have I ever been denied a service because of that, and frankly it's not her decision to make. I honestly believe she just didn't want to do it. Will never go here again!"
