"Believe any and all bad reviews that you see about this agency, i was just told by a lawyer at Utah Legal Services that you cannot file bankrupsty on debts owed to the IRS... Can you believe that? I informed her that she was wrong and she proceeded to tell me that Utah Legal Services does not help people file bankruptry if they own back taxes. seriously this was said to me.. For those who dont know, you can file chapter 13, this office loves lying to and abusing disabled people. I was refused the ability to even apply for services"
