"I would give this 0 stars if possible. Took 3 weeks to receive product, 3 emails before anyone responded to my simple questions about the location of my order, my online order status was never updated, and when it arrived it wasn't even the product/kit I ordered. I accept the world is short staffed and would have accepted a 'sorry about that' or we are quite delayed email, but didn't even get that. Unfortunately I won't be a returning customer."
"Love this product! I've had the pleasure of meeting with members of the organization and they are a great group of people. I would highly recommend testing out their PR lotion product. I primary use it for mountain biking but am looking forward to using it during ski season as well as at the gym."
