"My dad has rented from this place for years. Of course I took his recommendation and rented from here. The owner was very friendly and courteous. He had me take the time to take video to document any damages on the wave runner to make sure we wouldn't argue at return. Even though it wasn't needed because we take pride in returning things the way we found them. The machine ran great overall and we had a great time out on the water!"

"We have nothing but good to say about our dealings with OVS and the owners. Our rental experience was very smooth and professional. We rented their beautiful boat last minute late on Friday night. When we picked it up Saturday it was crazy busy with people picking up rentals, phone calls coming in, people showing up to try to rent last minute, people wanting propane, and not one wanting to wait their turn. He took the time to go over everything thoroughly with us to make sure we understood the boat and could have the best experience possible! YES, there is a deposit! Have you been on the lake and seen the way people treat their own water craft??? Do you actually expect a company who receives their equipment back damaged constantly to rent their equipment out without one? REALLY?! So, after a great day on the lake with no hiccups with the boat we looked at the time and sad to say, we were one of those inconsiderate customers who kept the boat out past the return time. We got back to find him closed and waiting for us so he could go home after a very long day. We did have to pay the late fee but, shame on us.. we were given plenty of fair warning!!! We have also stayed in the RV park and had dealings with the owner again to have propane filled. I’m amazed by how entitled and rude people are!!! Again, it was insanely busy and nobody wants to wait their turn to pick up equipment. I watched him try to accommodate and educate a few people while we waited and seriously.. they don’t listen to a thing he’s telling them, dismiss and talk over him with their friends while he’s trying to explain things. I read reviews before we used them and did see a few that made me feel a bit cautious however, we ended up going with them anyways and I’m glad we did. I have no doubt they have made mistakes- just seeing the volume of customers I did on the days we were working with them it is not humanly possible not to make a mistake here and there and I’m sure it’s very frustrating for those who have experienced being on that end but, I have also worked in customer service and on the front side of trying to please every single person you come in contact with and unfortunately it just isn’t realistic. I wish more people would post their positive experiences with businesses but again, unfortunately that’s just not how this world works! You only get to see the negative. Don’t let the few bad reviews scare you away. I would use this company again in the future with no hesitation!!!"

"Nice great owners with an awesome business and rental services. I rented two jet skis yesterday the process went well and was very simple. Honestly I had cold feet from the “poor reviews” I read before coming but we decided to give it a try. It was an awesome experience the guy was very professional and nice and the lady was sweet. I don’t believe those negative reviews were true about them at all. I will be back to rent more jet skis!"

"Stay away from this place! If I could give 0 stars I would. Worse owner and ethics I have ever dealt with! Vehicle: The wave runner already had some scratches on it and when we were on the water it didn’t go full speed. You could tell they gave us an older, not taken care of, machine. With only two people it went 15 mph and won’t go faster. On the other newer one we could go up to 35 with two people. Company: The reservation and pick up went smooth. The owners wife is extremely nice and helpful. They supply life-vests and gas cans for refill. They also provide the trailer to pull the wave runners. Owner: The male owner is stand offish and dishonest. He pointed out scratches on the vehicles when we picked them up. When we got back he charged us for one of those scratches he showed us! Charging so he can fix it, when he didn’t even fix the previous ones. Let alone we didn’t even cause that damage. He told us that he was going to charge us $100 per scratch. My mother and I were discussing who would pay what and I asked to discuss it later in private, due to it being our personal business. The male owner said “No, please fight.” With no joking tone, Complete serious look on his face. There is always going to be natural wear and tear on vehicles like this. We were so overly cautious with his wave runners. And straight up honest about the one scratch on the other vehicle. I will pay for what we did but to be blamed, charged, and mistreated for someone else is absolutely not acceptable. Terrible business ethics and service. We will NEVER come back to this company again and I highly recommended you do not use this company! If you do take photos and be extremely cautious. He will try to take money and I highly doubt he is using it to repair those vehicles. Many of the wave runners had damage."
