I've had service work done as well over the years and they do great work! They're the experts and they don't hold it against you if you're not an expert."

"This was my second time purchasing a bike. The first time was great. This time was horrible! I went to the salt lake location and had excellent customer service until it came time for ordering a bike built at the Draper location because they didn’t have any, this was his suggestion to buy this way, I was told the bike would be ready for pick up in 2 hours at the Draper location, I live a hour away from the salt lake store the Draper store is further. After 3 hours I went to the Draper store and nobody knew about the bike build order. The guy talking to me said he would get started on it right then and it would be ready for pick up in an hour and he would send a text when it’s done. My errands were done so an hour more of waiting was a challenge with little kids with me. I stayed close by and the hour went by, nothing. I traveled to a mall to try and kill some time and see if my baby would nap. 2 hours went by, double the time they promised at this point, nothing, no text. Gave them a call. They said my bike was next in line to be built! What happened to getting started on it right then? They could have told me plans changed! I ordered the build to begin with because they said two hours! Now it’s been 5 hours and they still have not touched it! By the time I finally got a text it was finished, it now has been 7 hours!! When I get to the store nobody I talked to knew what I was talking about and couldn’t find it in the computer. Then was Asked did you get a text? Yes. Then they couldn’t find the bike. Talked to another guy, he said he thought he knew where it was, told him my story. He said nothing, could care less. I finally Buy the bike 7 and 45 mins later and nothing is said about the extreme hassle I just went through. With two locations promising one thing and then 0 communication when it was longer than they said. 7 hours is a huge amount of time wondering around waiting and waiting and then not giving a care to the trouble they caused me! I’m very disappointed and unimpressed! I would have gone to another store or purchased a different bike had they been up front with me, and it would have been a totally different plan if I knew I had 7 hours. It was hell being treated this way. I do not recommend anywhere that treats people this way. A simple “I’m sorry there is a delay” and a new time frame given and I would have been saved this huge headache and still would have been a happy customer. I talk to 5 different employees today, all treated me the same!"

"I had such a great experience buying a bike from Go-Ride. I initially went to Evo to check out a Juliana/Santa Cruz and they were not super helpful and a little sassy, but then I called Go-Ride and they were so beyond pleasant and helpful! I talked with Chris at the Draper location and a younger fella at the sugarhouse location and they were both soooo kind, willing to answer all of my hundreds of questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right bike for me. 10/10 recommend them !"
