Sunstop Sunglasses

"So I’ve been a client with sun stop for 3 years and ever since then I’ve been happy with my customer service. I recently ordered a pair of lenses, once ready I went to pick them up. A employee named Alex was “taking care of the store and in charge.” When I went to pick up my lenses, the store was in great distress, very unorganized and unprofessional. Alex was rude, careless and unprofessional. Literally the worst customer service I have received in my life. I have never seen anyone with such lack on professionalism. Very disappointed."

"I had the sunglasses in good condition before I took it in. I don’t like scratches on my sunglasses just as much as I don’t like stains on my shirt, so I try to avoid scratching at all cost. Two things, the glasses are either on my face, or when I’m not wearing them, I put them in the case but I’m careful as to make sure there was no debris. And plus, they are expensive, I’m not one to just throw them around. I loved the glasses but circumstances led me to return them as I was still within the 30 day return policy. I wiped the glasses and inspected it and I know how to spot scratches. Don’t tell me how to angle it a curtain way, I know how it works. I called ahead of time to make sure I am good to turn them in. I go in handed the girl the sunglasses. Everything seemed okay. I remembered they had an exchange policy as well and so I was interested in purchasing the cheapest one because I still need glasses. All the while I was talking with my sister at looking for an alternative. The whole time she appeared to be examining the glasses and wiping it with a different towel. And then all of a sudden about what seemed like forever upon still inspecting the sunglasses, she tells me there’s a scratch. The glasses was all greasy from the towel she was using to wipe the glasses, I’m wondering why is she not using the wipe that was in the case, it was dry and clean. I didn’t want to cause a scene. And I doubted myself. I came home, inspected the glasses, and now I just ended up with expensive glasses that is scratched up. And by the way, the scratches are really bad. So bad that if I had seen it in the first place I wouldn’t even bother trying to return it."

"Sun Stop is highly recommended. I recently experienced a manufacturer defect with a new pair of sunglasses. The defect was not the fault of Sun Stop and was simply a design flaw of my new sunglasses. Instead of me dealing directly with the manufacturer (which can be incredibly frustrating), the Sun Stop manager stepped in and dealt with them on my behalf. Additionally, they provided me a nice discount on a second pair of glasses for my trouble. Sun Stop went above and beyond to ensure that they kept a customer happy. I would highly recommend them for all purchases."
