They did a phenomenal job applying the screen protector I bought at their recommendation, too: not a dust speck to be seen, and my new system's screen shall be safe behind the tempered glass."

"Deleted an old 5 star review to update I'm never doing business with GameStop again. An issue that started with an online order escalated into a circus ring of lost items, talking to the store manager of this location who needs a serious attitude change, and almost 3 months of hell talking with their corporate-level customer support. I know my shipping issues wouldn't have been an issue if I ensured I had the correct address down, but the following disaster was an unprofessional mess on both this store and corporate. Guess what? Despite the fact the items I ordered were shipped to the location of this store, and the manager (very rudely mind you) insisted they didn't have them, the corporate loss prevention said that they were - in fact - delivered to that store! I am done with this disaster of a company, and hope the Funko Pop market crashes sooner or later since that's the only garbage keeping this godawful company afloat when they should've went out of business a decade ago."

"GameStop is sure hanging on like a stubborn scab on the elbow of retail.. I’m amazed that they’re still drawing breath, frankly. I hadn’t been in for some time, and thought I’d pop in to see what their current business model looks like. True to form, it was mere minutes before I was talked to in a condescending tone by some pile of clothing with a name tag I couldn’t read. He gave me some sarcastic response when I asked when a particular game was coming out. And when I turned down the offer to preorder, I was talked down to further. On a more positive note, I was informed that the bearded behemoth with tiny hands no longer works there, which will probably bring them some much needed positive energy. That guy was a veritable black hole of bad attitude and fake pleasantries. Keep reading these reviews and you’ll learn more about him. Anyway, I left the store empty handed of course, but it was nice to get a feel for things and see if anything had improved. Sad to say that wasn’t the case. Farewell GameStop. There’s an empty grave waiting for you right between Toys R Us and Blockbuster video."

"Great place to trade in as well as purchase pre-owned quality stuff. Didn't really appreciate the pushy salesman not taking no for an answer and getting bugged at me for not wanting to buy extra stuff that I didn't want. Have never experienced that at their other locations."
