"The first time that we went here to this location in North Ogden the computer was not operating correctly so we weren’t able to complete our desired purchase. 2 months later we went back to try again. Again there was computer issues so we went to a different cash register at the back. The clerk promised that the charge to our card at the front register was canceled but guess what? No it was not! It took 2 weeks to get Fred Myer Jewelers to refund that $. Money that we could have used for our wedding. I have never had such a terrible experience with any business. A lessen learned. I will never go back."
"Never really bought jewelry, but this store is so nice the staff is amazing!! they have lots of sales on rings and diamonds. My husband bought my ring here and we custom built it exactly how I wanted it, Tara helped us out for a week in picking out everything. They care so much about what you want and need in your price range, no pressure at all. I'll always pop in a have a look when grocery shopping. Highly recommend."
