"My first time coming into any GNC location for 3 years and I was ready to purchase a bunch of protein powders to stock up and I was very disappointed. The girl greeted everyone except me. I clearly needed help with some questions I had and she absolutely ignored me. I went in 03/05/2022 around 3-4pm. Awful customer service, I wanted to purchase several ghost products but never received help. Hopefully this can be corrected."
"Need a snack while in the mall while trying to do the fitness thing? Food court not cutting it? This place did the trick for me on a few occasions. The last time I was there, though, they had some items on the clearance shelf that turned out not not be on sale. It seemed like something the employees did rather than being a company policy. I've never seen that before at a GNC. [By the way, this was before Covid-19, so I don't even know if the same employees are still there.]"
