"The selection of snow googles was very low considering it was Black Friday and ski season started already in Utah. The employees could not care less that my wife and I walked into the store. Both ladies were sitting on the register table chatting away and after 5-10 minutes of looking at the few googles they had I asked for help. The lady trying to answer my questions had very little knowledge of their products, shipping and ordering/buying with a gift card. We left the store not buying anything because I was frustrated with their willingness to help or research. Later this afternoon my wife talked me into making the drive to Park City to a different Oakley Vault and we had a 5/5 star experience there in Park City."
"I came in here in desperation after bending my glasses frame, and not wanting to drive to Salt Lake City to the store, I originally purchased them from. The staff in this location are fantastic, they were so ready and willing to help and very communicative about what they could do to help the frames."
