Throughout the mobile checkout process, this information was hidden, and I only noticed the size discrepancy in the confirmation email. When I spotted the size error, I immediately contacted support. They responded only the next morning, stating that changing the size was not possible. They would refund the money, but I would have to pay for the shipping of the unwanted item. So now I just wait the wrong size boots to be shipped to return them. As a customer, I am dissatisfied."
