"I did an online ship to store order. One business day after the arrival date I called to verify my item was available before stopping in. They said that they received 2 pallets and were still breaking them down and to call back in a couple hours. I ended up calling this store 3 times and stop by twice over the course of 5 days before they finally found it. They were nice about it but I just feel like they could be more organized or at the very least, when a customer is there, waiting, they could look through the shipment to find my item. And my item was a large box: 12"x10"x40" and clearly marked."
"Finally had to replace a Craftsman 3/8 inch socket wrench. Took it in and not only did they have NONE in stock, they said they will only replace it for the EXACT model number. My wrench was 30 years old so they wouldn't have that model anymore. Pretty disappointed. Took it to Lowes and they replaced it in less than 60 seconds without caring about model number."
