"A few years ago, I purchased a Badlands Pursuit Pack in British Colombia. The zippers failed. The pack was returned to the point of purchase to be sent off for a warranty repair. Badlands has had the pack for approximately four months now, and attempts to resolve this issue either with the Canadian distributor or with Badlands directly, are going nowhere. I have other Badland packs and products, but I am not sure I would buy more..."

"I don’t normally write reviews However, let me just say that my experience today was top shelf! I left the store a couple times, then went back in to ask more questions about the MRK 6. Campbell, one of the sales reps, was extremely patient with me and helped me get to know and understand the pack I was interested in. I would recommend their products and their customer service to anyone! Came home with this awesome pack!"
