"Really good experience inside the store with the salesman, John. He was very informative with all aspects of the product lines, as we had researched various high end mattress brands and prices prior to going shopping. We then left the store to shop further at other mattress stores. John was very polite and we did not feel pressured to make a purchase on the spot. After visiting two more stores, we went back to Mattresses Firm Owasso and bought a Stearns and Foster Lux Estate king size mattress. Very good experience with John, Mattress Firm and Stearns & Foster. This is our 2nd S&F Mattress and it sleeps great! We couldn’t be happier with Mattress Firm. Thanks, Bobby and Patty"

Their/manufacturer 120 day return/exchange option is great to be sure we get what we really want, and fees for utilizing that were explained. They were able to help us find a good deal on a mattress that we liked!"

"I was satisfied in the beginning! Sells associates we nice ! The problem happened with delivery.The delivery person was not aware that I had another electric bed to haul off. He made comments about how heavy it was.I knew right then that he didn’t want to haul it off! He went over and swiped a small place on the bed and yelled,you have bed bugs! His helper jumped back like something was going to get him! I think the 2 of them had this planned! I told him I didn’t have bed bugs and never had!!! I told him my daughter had cleaned the sides of the bed. He insinuated that she had done that to cover something up. I was very insulted! I am a wife of veteran.I have had cancer! Im a widow,and grieving the loss of my husband and son! I am elderly! I can’t haul things off! I have been living in a hotel for 6 months while my flooded house was being rebuilt. The company decided to not take the bed even when I showed the the evidence.IT WAS DIRT! I showed the DIRT to 4 employees at the hotel and all telling me it was dirt not bedbugs! Because of this I will never return to Mattress firm in Owasso Okla ever! I do have other beds I need to replace.But because of the rude and uneducated people at the store , upper management and mainly the lazy delivery company they will never get my business again. I am reaching out to anyone that is looking at reviews of this company so they will stay away!"
