"tl;dr - Great in house staff, poor support. I purchased a Purple mattress and Premium Smart base from Ashley and had a fantastic in-store experience with that staff. They got us the right financing and even threw in delivery and installation. Now, I'm wishing they hadn't. Our Premium Smart base was installed without some necessary bolts and supports and getting any kind of service after the sale has been like pulling teeth. I called and made a service appointment. That gentleman was nice but admitted he had never worked on a Purple base before so he took some photos and left. The process after that is supposed to be; their parts department will ship my missing parts, I will notify them when they arrive and schedule another service visit, and I should be 'fixed up.' Except, when I call to see if there has been any update on my parts, voicemail and no call-back. Try again the next day. Voicemail and no call-back. I would LOVE a resolution on this but for now, I'll be sleeping on a wonky, sagging, brand-new, $5000 bed..."

"I had purchased a bed room set, had it delivered and to make room for what I got I had to get rid of the stuff I had, there was a defective part so the bed couldn’t be put together the day of delivery and had to buy box springs over the phone because they didn’t tell me I needed them. Even after I had asked. So here I am waiting a week sleeping in a spare bedroom. Waiting for parts They did discount 20$ what a joke. Never Again."
