"6/2018 I decided not to do any avoidable business with certain politically-correct sites, and - while searching - happened upon this E-store, so gave it a try. I live in a town so small that USPS doesn't deliver to street addresses. The same day I ordered from FS, someone phoned me and said they couldn't find my address. I explained that only UPS and Fedex delivered to street addresses, and USPS required a box. The stuff I ordered showed up 2 days later at the PO. This is great service; very customer-friendly."

"I was not sure I wanted to use this company after reading the reviews back in 2016. Then I found out they had moved to my town. I decided to drop by and see the operation. After visiting and finding out their story of why they are now located in Cedar City, Utah and not in Wisconsin I have the utmost respect and appreciation for not only for the new owner of FS, but for Lee Precision and how they worked together to save this company . It isn't my place to tell the story, but I will say, whatever problems they had back in Wisconsin will not happen here! They have a fully stocked warehouse and hard working, honest, man trying to save this company. If you are local, I have found putting in a order online I usually get a call within 30 minutes saying your order is ready for pick-up. I've even put in orders later at night thinking I could pick it up the next day, and gotten a call saying your order is ready than night. It seems if he is working late he fills orders (Sorry, I know this doesn't help mail order). I do not know the owner, but I've now done several pick-ups of orders and have had good conversations about his company."

"Good company, very very busy when my order was placed so some items were not updated as "out of stock" on the site. The phone number on the site was not a number that got answered but "9775" number provided by google i got a person on the second ring. They were kind, had my best interests in mind, and called me back to make sure things were A-OK. I had received part of my order as promised and the remaining back ordered items were cancelled and refunded within 5 minutes of getting off the phone. They have the BEST prices on Lee equipment I could find and very reasonable shipping charges. Will do business again for sure!"

"2 1/2 weeks after I placed my order and they charged my credit card I still have not received my order or even a order update. I sent them a email several days ago and no reply yet. I tried calling and just got a recording saying the "subscriber does not answer, please try again later". Not even an option to leave a voice mail. Edit to add: After sending a 2nd email I got a response with notification they finally shipped my order."

"I made an order online and after several days with no status updates, I tried calling them. They did not answer. After 3 days of trying to call, I emailed them and waited, again with no response. Finally, I received a replay to my emails, that stated the shipping label was created the same day as the email was sent. Nearly a week had gone by with no answers of the phone, no replies to email, and no shipment of my items. Bottom line, if you want it fast or if you even want to get a hold of someone in customer service, don't buy from this company."
