"We have a pool that Precision pools built. It was less than a year old when be bought the home with the pool. We were told by both the sellers and Precision pools that we still had the warranty on the pool. That wasn’t true. The pool equipment didn’t run properly (pressure issues), and the tiles started popping off on the second year. Not a good company. My aunt also had a pool built by Precision in California. Her pool had to be replaced because their finish work, like mine, was terribly shoddy."

"I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am to write this review! I manage an Apartment Community here in Sandy, and we have had some on going repairs needed to our Pool and Spa. We struggled to find the service that we were needing and wanting, so we contacted Precision as they were an approved Vendor with our company. They had Paul come out the NEXT DAY. Mind you, the system has been in need of repair for almost 2 years - within 20 MINUTES, Paul had our entire system diagnosed and fixed the very next day. The charges were VERY transparent and did not complete any work until it was approved. Melissa, their billing manager is also so friendly, professional and easy to work with. We are thrilled to be working with such a wonderful company! Thank you again, truly!"

"Very misleading and dishonest company. We had them out to take a look at our pool heater which was $120. They stated in advance that if it takes less than 1 hour they would not charge any more than that. They came out and within 30 minutes they were finished. The service tech stated that he fixed it and it is back to normal. I expected to have a bill for $120 because there was no talk of any other costs. They sent me a bill for $424.75 which was never discussed or agreed to! You can also see that they sneak in extra fees on their invoices. Thankfully we learned our lesson from them on a small service and not an entire pool! If you are considering them for any work you should look for a different company that is honest and straightforward."
