"Bought an “In The green” OKScratcher Ticket…won $20 however the deck wasn’t activated before they loaded it into machine. I can’t get them to activate the deck they seem like they are all afraid to use the machine EVEN THE STORE MANAGER! Been 3 weeks. Other than that I love the newness of the store."

"Laredo taco is really good. But this location has an individual working the grill area who just appears to have horrible hygiene, tall with heavy eyeliner. I came in here a total of 4 times . First time was amazing. Great service and the food looked amazing. The rest of the times I come for lunch, this person has been the one serving. the food looks old, barbacoa looks dry and dark. No chicken fajitas, no beef fajitas. The grill had some beef but did not look appetizing. Some poor soul ahead of me got some sort of burnt up food, so bad I could barely distinguish a jalapeño in that mixture. NoI just may have bad timing but the service from the cashiers is great, just not that individual. That person need real training and an uplift in appearance and work ethic if it's going to be serving food to people. Go to a different Laredo taco 711. Any location is better"

"Clean new store,but employees don't pay very much attention to where the roller items are heated up, never seem to have any items,or just old items,go elsewhere if you are seeking eggrolls"

"I love the new store and the atmosphere. People are so helpful and kind. Easy access to everything they have. Parking lot is a little small but they have plenty of parking in the back of building."
