"This post is regarding their mail advertising. I received a letter from this firm stating that I was being charged with a criminal offense along with a case number stating they could help. I received this on a Saturday on a holiday weekend when I was unable to reach them to find out what it was about. This had me worried and caused me a lot of stress until I could contact them for details because I was unaware of any charges. When I finally was able to talk to someone at their office about it, I was told that it was regarding my cat not having a rabies license but that the case was revoked the next day after filing (because I had proof)! She apologized for the letter. My cat had been caught in a trap and brought to the shelter and animal control filed charges. (He was fully vaccinated and microchipped so it was an error). This kind of advertising is totally unnecessary! Do they need clients that bad?"
