"I am employment and labor lawyer myself with over 30 years experience in my specialty, which I politely explained to the woman who answered the phone I informed to her the nature of my own claim for age discrimination and retaliation as an employee of a law organization and that I wished a consultation or to speak with an attorney about my case. I had called the number for this firm which I found on line where Preston and Brar hold themselves out as "employment attorneys." The woman gave another number to call which I thought was odd. I assumed the other number was also for the law firm of Preston and Brar. It was not. The number was for another law office I had never heard of before and knew nothing about. The woman at this office basically said I had the wrong number. I called back the woman answering the phone for Preston and Brar. She said they send employment law cases to this other office, which she never mentioned to me as why I was to call another number. I asked do they not handle employment law cases. She answered they only take a few cases. I assumed she meant a "select" few, but as no one had ever bothered to find out the facts of my case, how could they determine that MY case was not worthy of consideration for representation? THEN, she asked if I wanted a consultation. I told her that I was so unimpressed with them now I did not want to have anything to do with them. I have been an attorney, actually, for 40 years."

"I am a foreigner that moved to the United States three years ago. I consulted with Jesse abiut getting my green card and he went above and beyond assisting me with the entire complicated green card application process and even went with me to the interview to support me. Now I'm in the process of getting my second Green card and even when USCIS messed up with the notices Jesse did everything he could to still get my notice in time to renew my driver's license. I'm very happy with the service I receive here and definitely go back there to get assistance applying for my citizenship!"

"My experience with Preston and Brar has been a huge disappointment. We had a consultation for my husbands case, and decided to send a form to the Mexico/U.S. Border, requesting my husbands records. After we received a document, stating that there were no records found, Jesse recommended sending his fingerprints, for accurate results. We handed the fingerprints to the Preston and Brar office to be sent almost 9 months ago, we were supposed to hear back from the border in 3 months. We have called several times since then, because we have not received anything, the first time I called, the secretary told us that they were going to send a second copy, (interesting since we only gave them one official fingerprint card, which is what has to be sent. I told her that but she insisted) I called 3 months after that, and Jesse told me that she must have mixed the cases up, and that he would look into the situation, and give me a call back. Here we are almost 3 months later, and we have decided to see a different attorney, the new attorney recommended getting the client file from Preston and Brar before the consultation, so I called yesterday and the secretary said that she couldn't find anything on my husbands case! I'm not upset that they don't have a file but that the paper that we got back from immigration is lost! Back to step one after a more than year in total of wasted time with Preston and Brar"
