"I had an in-person appointment scheduled with Immigrant Legal Services and was later informed it had been changed to a zoom meeting and I would be sent a link for the call. I was sent a link for payment and I paid the fee, but I never received the link for the call. I called the office and was told there was a miscommunication on their end and my meeting would need to be rescheduled. Once again, my meeting came and went with no link. I tried calling their office multiple times and never got through. Later they claimed they’d been trying to call me, but my phone shows no record of their call attempts. Finally, I was given the direct number for a paralegal named Amy. I had to call her and she never once apologized. She did answer my questions, but she was not friendly. She acted annoyed to be on the phone. Her answers and her tone were very curt. In the end, she spent 15 minutes answering my questions, while I’d had to miss a half day of work because of mistakes on their end. I did not appreciate Amy’s lack of courtesy and professionalism."
