"I had a consultation that seemed misleading as I was declined to be represented because the firm primarily handles defense work. it’s not one star because they gave me a referral. that doesn’t seem like something that could be true? I’m unsure whether this firm meets the standards of professional conduct."

"I hired this firm to handle a simple case. To date I have been overbilled for work that was not performed (a simple motion was NEVER filed correctly which cost months of lost work and costs to me for having to hire someone who COULD file a motion). When I have called to get information about suspect charges, I am hung up on repeatedly. I question the integrity and ethical foundation of this firm that can't honestly communicate. Do not do business with them. UPDATE: Upon posting this negative review about my experience, Jeremy Ward from this firm sent me a threatening letter informing me "I must remove it because it's inaccurate". When asked what was inaccurate the answer was "I can't say." Apparently this firm isn't familiar with the Consumer Review Fairness Act (or just doesn't care and relies on bullying tactics) making it illegal to ban honest negative reviews."

You obviously expect a level of professionalism in the legal profession, which Jeremy absolutely provided. What was truly exceptional was his attention to detail and that he really did look out for my best interests, even when it meant less billable hours on his end.
