"Andrew became my attorney when another attorney left their practice and therefor could no longer represent me. My contract is as a flat rate that I was told Andrew would honor. Because I had paid a flat rate Andrew clearly wanted to do the bare minimum. He had no interest in going to trial and wanted me to plead ASAP. The prosecution offered several deals, each one getting better and better. Andrew begged me to take each one. I was insistent on going to trial to prove my innocence.
