"I am a 21 year old victim of identity theft and my experience with Tyler and Shelly was anything but good or professional. Regardless of who they represent, they put professionalism to the side to just be rude and terrible to those being sued against for eviction. They didn't answer any questions or listened to anything at all. They weren't helpful with getting the lawsuit resolved, in fact we had to do a court hearing to get it resolved due to them being so uncooperative with literally anything. They made us work hard to even be heard and then proceeded to lie out of their teeth regarding what was said and agreed upon. It is extremely sad to see that there are people out there that are not only unprofessional, but treat human beings like trash, with no respect. It is kind of obvious all that is cared about is money when you are rude, terrible, and nasty to anyone but your client. May I add I shouldn't even be getting this lawsuit due to identity theft, but we will leave that for the courts to resolve in the near future because I won't lose faith in the justice system Even if some taint it."
