"Bad experience. I originally had a consultation on December 19, I paid the consultation fee but she didn’t know the answer to my question which is understandable and told me she’d call me on Friday December 22 to follow up and have the answer for me. Days and weeks went by and I didn’t hear back so I called the office mid January and the secretary took a message and said the attorney would call me back. Another 2 weeks went by and I called again and at this point I asked for a refund for the consultation since I never received the service that they charged me for. The secretary said she cannot do the refund so she’d have the attorney call me. Guess what? It’s been a week and it’s now February 2 and I still haven’t heard back, didn’t get an answer to my question or got my money back. At least have a common courtesy to call back. Don’t go there and waste your money! Find someone else who will actually communicate with you."

"The experience my niece has had with this attorney is very unfortunate. She forgets about cases up until the last minute to follow up and get things done. Makes sure to charge extra for any little thing, but if she messes up you only receive half if not less than that reimbursed. Do not waste your time or money."

"We were left with high hopes in the beginning of our case. A hiccup came up in the case that was basically left on hold. She said she would look into it with the problem we had. She has been “looking into it” for literally since 2019 and still did not have any answers. Our case was paid in full with in that first year. She has done with our case paid close to 10,000 only to get nothing asked for a refund and give us not even half of what we paid. A waste of time. Simply could of just told us no and we could of just kept our money."
