"Very clean store. Every employee looks happy and smiling. 9/10 times they have their store/food court stocked to the max. Clothing is generally folded and put out nicely. Mostly everything is easy to find and the price is clearly displayed."
"Decided to go in tonight to do some light shopping and skip cooking dinner tonight. We decided to eat there before shopping. We placed our order of one pepperoni pizza, one hot dog and and a drink. After about 20 minutes my husband went to check and they told him there was one order ahead of him. We waited another 15 minutes and they said they called our order and someone picked it up. It wasn't us. We wait another 15 minutes and they say they gave it away again and asked us if we're sure we didn't get anything. I'm livid at this point and ask my husband to just request a refund instead which they have to call a couple of managers to do so, making us wait even longer with two screaming hungry kids. We just got a "Sorry about that, we'll find out what happened" we told them what happened. That gave away our food twice and and wasted an hour of our time with no credit or actual resolution. We left without shopping so we can find elsewhere to eat . So very disappointed."
"One of my favorite places. Customer service is awesome and they have good prices. Return policy is the best. Go there at least twice a month. Try this steak and loved it!"
"What can I say? It's Costco at Christmas time. Yes, it was a full house and very busy. But as busy as it was the last Saturday before Christmas, I had no trouble finding a parking spot, getting a cart or checking out. In fact, ALL the checkout lanes were open, and everything went smoothly. Got everything we came for and more(as usual), but other than the masses of people, everything went very smooth."
"This is our local Costco and we love going here. It has plenty of parking for everybody, a cheap gas station, and of course the usual groceries inside the store. They have recently changed the layout of the store and it seems to work better. The staff here are friendly, and there’s always a good selection of different products and produce is available. The snack bar is also great value especially feeding hungry kids."
