"I’ve held this for a long as I could before writing a review. This McDonald’s might be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to before, and I’ve been to a lot. I can’t keep up with how many times they have messed up my order. Even if I tell them the order at the first window they still somehow mess it up. I ask for a hamburger with just pickles and ketchup, my preference. We all have our preferences with what is on our food. Had to make dad go back to the McDonald’s and fix it today. Shame on you McDonald’s."

"Went through Drive-Thru tonight 1/20/24, after a long day at Titan Sports. My daughter and I ordered our food, get back to our Hotel to find that my quarter pounder is pink on the inside. McDonald’s is running a special right now, Buy one get one for $1, so why not. Yeah, this is one reason why I do not like giving my money to McDonald’s but my daughter really wanted to eat there for once. I should have stuck with Chick-Fil-A or Raising Cane’s."

"Eat breakfast there quite often inside,cannot set and enjoy eating because the heating unit doesn't work properly it is freezing and blows cold air. Employees say they can't do anything with it ,it's a shame the company will not fix it. Several customers have same complaint come on McDonald's fix it,this has been this way a very long time."

"Very rare do I ever step inside one this places anymore. And today was a reminder why I don’t and why I will less and less. But my question is if the people who work here actually wonder how much they are hurting themselves and the people they work for, and if hurting the people they work doesn’t matter, at least care not hurting yourself. Why do I say this? Well, you see, the machines inside taking my order that are supposed to be helping the person taking orders, is not actually helping you, it was actually designed to replace you! People are tired of being treated poorly by people who have no people skills. And business owners know this! They know that machines can handle people better. As I walked in this place this morning to get coffee and a mcgridle, all I could hear is gossip from the employees, english and spanish! The lady moping the floor (lovely spanish lady) although working hard, she was having a full blown conversation about something serious, loud! And I could hear it and understand it! How am I supposed to “smile” or enjoy my breakfast when I have to hear all this? Then, what it look luke a manager, a spanish loud lady came out and took the moping lady aside to have a conversation about some gossip about some kitchen people! Again, I could hear it and understand it! The only person that seem to be working and doing something was a young asian girl that was being bossed around by what it seem like everyone who works here is a manager but not her. What a terrible experience and toxic place. Usually I don’t waste my time writing about places like this but, I did it because the people who work at this places seem oblivious to the fact, and I do hope it happens, that machines will end up replacing their beloved jobs. Sorry but not sorry, you should have been better with treating people kindly so machines wouldnt have replaced you."
