"I used to love Goodwill until I went recently and noticed they closed their dressing rooms permanently… Not only that, but they don’t do refunds, just in store credit. I’ll take my business elsewhere"
"Had a large stack of clothing I wanted to try on as I am pregnant and my sizing/fit with different clothing items is ever evolving. I realized that they recently closed the dressing rooms permanently and was really disappointed. Since they only offer refunds via store credit, I ended up only getting one thing instead a set of clothes. They have permanently lost my business and I will be taking my thrift purchases to alternative locations that allow for changing rooms."
