Take 5 Oil Change

"I went in for an oil change and to top off my coolant. I was told it would be about 30 minutes because they only had 2 people at 6 PM so I said okay but ended up waiting about an hour. When I was finally seen by the tech, he stated I had a "really bad oil leak" coming from my valve cover gasket and said he could not change my oil due to that. The other tech stated sorry and to go to a shop to get it repaired... I don't see much oil around my engine and my oil levels are still fine. I believe they didn't want to do the work. The other tech then stated she topped off my coolant and so I left and went to the gas station to find she didn't fill my coolant at all and left the reservoir cap OPEN. This is the second time I have went to this location and a cap hasn't been secured all the way or put back on at all. I don't recommend the location on Harvard as the experience has been lacking."

"Great location, staff, and services! Prices are fair. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that I had to wait a little long to get seen. The Manager was polite though and told me they were short staffed with a few people calling in. He offered me a courtesy discount on my next visit for the wait. I will go back."

"I pulled up to the service bays and was told to pull behind another car, even though the 3rd bay was completely empty. At this point there is a car in bay 1, car in bay 2, I'm behind car in bay 2, and bay 3 is empty. So basically I'm 3rd in line. After waiting about 5 min another car pulls up and they are pulled into the empty bay 3. I was not too concerned because it should have been obvious that I was next. They eventually pull out the car from bay 2 and now I'm in and ready for service. I see 2 employees talking, and I'm making eye contact with them at this point. They literally walk right past me and start checking in the car in bay 3. I was furious at this point, so I call over the guy that parked me and told him that I was here first, and all he said was I'm sorry, let me give you a $7 coupon. At this point, I had been waiting almost 20 minutes, and I certainly wasn't going to wait for someone else to get their oil changed. They easily could have stopped checking in that car and apologized to them and let them know that I was next and give them a stupid $7 coupon, and put me back in the queue, but they did not do that! I asked them to move the cone and I drove away!! Poor service, poor attitudes, they lost my business for good! I was going to give up completely on Take 5, but decided to try my usual location on Memorial and 71st! They saved my business!! This guy actually apologized for the experience I had at the other location, even though it wasn't his fault and honored their coupon! That is customer service! This place needs new management and training. All the employees had no sense of urgency and oblivious to the queue. Go to one of the other locations... SKIP THIS PLACE!!"
