"I've been pretty loyal to Discount Tire. Got discounts on my tires (imagine that) and they put them on well. Explained everything to me. Checked my low pressure and aired the tires up in the snow and I never had to get out of my vehicle."

"I brought my car in to get my winter tires put on Wednesday. Thursday as I was double checking the torque on all the lugs I noticed one of my metal valve stem caps was missing (that I know was there when I dropped the car off) and replaced with a plastic one. I called the shop to see if it turned up and it hadn’t. Which I understand, small parts go missing and are hard to find on a shop floor sometimes. I asked them to replace it because it was a fairly expensive set of caps that I had just bought ($25 shipped for them). Instead of making things right the manager implied that I wasn’t an actual customer since I didn’t buy my tires from them (but I just spent $100?) and there was nothing he could do. Also implied I was lying about how much they cost. "Fantastic service. I called about winter tires and was able to review some options over the phone, place an order, and book an appointment in a matter of minutes. My first appointment was quick, and even though a lug nut fell off on my drive home, they promptly replaced it that same day. My best experience was 3 weeks later when I somehow got a screw stuck in those brand new tires… I called late on a Saturday and asked if they could help, the Store Manager Berke Parkinson said sure and to come by as soon as I could. They squeezed me in right as the place was closing and patched my tire for free while being very kind and compassionate about my bad luck. I don’t know the name of the tire pro who worked on my tire, but Berke provided great customer service and I’ll be back next time I need anything related to tires."

"Went in to Discount Tire yesterday and ordered 3 tires for my four wheeler trailer and they said they'd be in the next day or so. Got a call today saying they were in and ready to install. Call today and made an appointment they got me in really quick. When I got there I only had to sit for about 5 minutes until they were working on the trailer. Dan was awesome, I had some questions and concerns like what the torque was and recommended tire pressure. I was a little worried about the load based on the max load printed on the side of the tire. Dan confirmed that that's the max load per tire. He got them installed quickly and answered all my questions. The only complaint I could have is they sold me tires that were manufactured in March of 2021. I pretty much take all my vehicles to Discount tire, they have treated me pretty well in the past. One thing I wish they would do is alignments. I'll definitely be going back, thanks Dan for the great service."
