"Honestly, this was the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. Not only were the guys super honest, Scott and the boys were super nice to my kids and tried to find something for them to do while they did an emergency brake job on my wife’s car… not to mention it only took them like 45 minutes. I typically do my own work, but I’m tempted to use these guys because of the speed/honesty/quality. Definitely going back."
"I can't say enough good things about Scott and my experience here. He diagnosed and fixed my car quickly and efficiently. I'm overjoyed to have found a mechanic I can trust and talk to. He's patient, transparent, and kind. Full story: My car's engine began misfiring two days ago. I brought it into Big O because I've been using them for ten years, and it was a complete disaster of an experience (sat there multiple hours over two days, crazy expensive fee for "diagnostic" and then they quoted me an extremely high price to "maybe" fix it). I called Scott yesterday morning and it was like night and day. He took the time to talk me through options over the phone, I brought him the car, he kept me posted about the progress and fixed my car, giving advice and tips along the way on how I can maintain the engine. He knows his stuff! The issue wound up being a coil and replacing the spark plugs. I'm incredibly thankful for his honest service and diligent work."
