"I took my car in for a realignment and they scratched my steering wheel. It wasn’t scratched when I went it and it was when I left. They brought out a manager who denied any fault, saying it was impossible. This was a brand new car and I would have hoped they would have treated it better. It’s in the exact spot I place my hand while driving all the time, so it is very noticeable and very new after this visit. They were very calm and kind to me the entire visit but it is just very annoying they wouldn’t admit fault or do anything to compensate for it. Update: 4 months later. They reached out and made a claim with me. It didn’t go anywhere and they haven’t reached out about it at all or done anything further with it."

"Last time that I came to this center I had a flat. I exchanged the tire because I had one available. They charged me $37 for the exchange. The problem is that they did not worked on the source of the problem which was alignment. They were very busy that day that their customer quality was bad and the time to repair was about 1.5 hours. Today I came back because I had a flat on the same tire due to a split tire due to bad alignment. So I am spending about $139 for a new tire plus the alignment cost of about $129. This does not makes me happy because I lost two tires about of alignment issues and I was expecting a better recommendation from this team. No discount, no apologies, not a good experience."

"Awesome experience!! Luke and Bryson were super helpful when I came in for a rotation. I had a couple things wrong with my car and they gave me a detailed explanation about what was going and what they were seeing. They even showed it to me in the back so I wouldn’t have to just take their word for it. They were both very kind and understanding through the whole thing and I didn’t feel like they were condescending at all like I’ve seen at other places. They quoted me some parts (not cheap, but not too expensive either). Thanks for the great service guys!"

"Great experience buying tires. Very helpful employees, one even remembered me & welcomed me back when I arrived at my appointment for my snow tires. This location is surrounded by many useful businesses convenient for shopping, especially while the car is being serviced. Highly recommend making an appointment unless it's an unavoidable urgent situation. Highly recommend."
