"I returned a gift form Amazon and Nick was very helpful, kind and friendly. The Amazon website was not working intuitively, and he understood that it was due to it being a gift return, but a return from an order on my account…so he knew the simple work-around. He also offered to tape up the packaging when I did not bring any! I was very impressed when this service is seemingly unimportant, (often UPS Store employees are annoyed by Amazon returns), Nick offered exemplary customer service, and he should be commended for it!"

"Nice clean store. Went during rush hour and the staff was very quick to get to everyone's needs. I came to drop off an Amazon return and the cashier helped me get it all packaged and ready to ship. The store was very busy and though, as I mentioned, the staff worked quickly, it was very confusing on where to stand not knowing where the line started or ended. It would be nice if they had retractable crowd control posts or something of the sort so people knew we were to stand. They have a sign hanging from the ceiling that says line starts here but there were too many people to even follow the signs directions as it was in the middle of the room. Every time a new customer came into the store the people waiting in line would start giggling due to not knowing where to stand or where the end of the line was."
