"Awful customer service. Employee wouldn’t even look at me when I asked a question. Told me the item I was looking for was “next to the wipers” another guy said they don’t even have it. There were 5 employees in there and 4 customers. O’reillys is also overpriced on many things. Dead business, never coming back after this experience I’ll just use Amazon for all auto needs as well henceforth. I understand that o’reillys doesn’t compensate people properly but this guy “Taylor” failed to show basic human decency. It’s a tough situation as there were five employees four of which were just talking about the Roman Empire and some random stuff lost the individual Taylor, who lacks human decency, was the only one working, so I kinda get why he is so pissy"
