"Just a warning: If you get your car inspected, they only inspect one side of the brakes. Three weeks after they told me all my brakes were good, I had to spend $500 for parts and labor for new rear rotors and break pads. I called them asking what they could do about it, and was told they could do very little. They listed in my inspection report that they had inspected all brakes, but on a phone call admitted they regularly do it half way. Edit: They did offer me a free oil change, or gift certificate after I spoke to them about the service. I appreciate that, but it is worth 1/5 of what I ended up spending to fix what they overlooked, and I could not trust them with my car again. Edit 2: Despite promising me the gift certificate worth 1/5 of what I paid, they never sent it. Please don't trust them with your vehicle."

"I had been shopping a new set of tires for weeks and finally started to leak air from two of them prior to calling Big O Tires in Lehi. I couldn't find a new set of tires for my Fusion under $700 installed and balanced then Big O told me they had a new set for $500 out the door.. and they got me in immediately and out withing 45 minutes.. Great prices, great service. Check them out!"

"Every time I used this location I have had issues. Waited 3 hours to have my own tires put on, paid and went to my car to notice nothing was done. They said the tires were to old which is fine but waiting 3 hours and still paying is not cool. Did refund my money but just another sting of problems I have had with them."
