"They're great, if you're going there to purchase a car. Once that's done though, they don't care about you. Every time I take my car in for service, I'm treated dismissively at best. I let them know that there's a bent wheel, and they just handed me a printout from Google for a place that does wheels. All their service center really seems to know how to do on site is basic car things like oil change, tire changes, replace filters - all the stuff my dad taught me to do when I was a kid. If I bring my Subaru to the Subaru dealership and say there's a bent wheel, they say "We'll take care of it" and then they take care of it even if they have to outsource. But for my BMW I have to go find the place, take more time from work and whatnot to go drive to said place, leave it there, do the same - again. Every time I go in to BMW service, I leave angry, since I expect to be treated like a valued customer. I will never buy another BMW again, simply to not have to go back to this service center again."

"They don’t hesitate to charge 100% over MSRP for BMW parts, such as oil and filters. First BMW dealership I ever encountered to do such practice. Scammers."

"First time customer to the service department and I have to say the experience was "meh" when I brought my car in and pulled into the service drive. Nobody greeted me. I stood by my car for about 5-6 minutes. I then proceeded to go into speak to an advisor. There were only 2 maybe 3 present. I waited for about another 5 -10 minutes with nobody greeting me. Finally a gentleman asked if I'd Been helped and I replied no. I told him the work I needed completed on the car, and proceeded to tell me another advisor would be able to assist. He asked the other advisor who seemed to be slightly "put off" by the situation. The other advisor said he was busy closing out work for the day and asked if the first guy would write me up and get me on my way. The cashier was friendly and got me a Lyft home. When the advisor called the next day and told me the repair estimates, he was nice and got me a loaner car since the parts had to be ordered. That loner car was probably the best experience, brand new (still had temp tags) 4 series. I've worked for Toyota dealerships for well over 7 years as an advisor. First impressions are key, get out there and greet everyone quickly even if you can't help them immediately, just acknowledging their presence goes along way. I need to get a few other general maintenance items completed but this experience has me wanting to go to another bmw dealership."

"The service writer McKay is honest, and knowledgeable, and the entire staff has been terrific during my visits after recently purchasing a used BMW. I’m very impressed with their use of technology and the way they produce a video from the maintenance tech with a complete overview of the car, while it’s up on the rack. Nice clean and quiet waiting area and a prompt notification when the work is complete."

"I was only in for parts today. I'm super glad they were open. Even happier that they had my part. It was a treat to look at the latest from BMW in electric vehicles. The iX is incredible!"
