"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Went in for warranty work on the high voltage battery and they wanted to charge me to upgrade the software to check the battery. $200 just to drop it off and then another $200 for them to make the car report the health of the battery which most likely needs to be replaced and should be under the warranty. TOTAL SCAM and sham. To be expected! Totally filing a complaint with BMW corp about how this company reflects on the brand. Talk about breach of contract."

"I've come here three times, but at no fault of the dealerships. The most recent visit was through a service advisor who I won't name. I will provide more specific feedback about that experience when I get their survey. I'll say, I was pleased with the work the mechanic who worked on my vehicle did. I believe his name was James. Also, Mike who handles the loaner program has always been polite and courteous. Kudos to those guys. The most constructive feedback I can give to Jackie Cooper is, please remind the service advisors, that even though they may be busy, we all are. Communicating with the customer is important, and having to reach out to a service advisor every few days for an update is a little annoying. Any updates regarding repair work, or what's going on with an extended warranty claim, need to be relayed in a timely manner to the customer. This is the biggest reason I'm leaving a 3/5. Over the course of a week, I never got any messages from my service advisor and had to be the one to reach out every other day to see what was going on. That's just not cool, nor is it my job and shows a bit of disrespect to the customer."

"If you want an oil change done timely I’d highly recommend going to another dealer. Dropped the car off the night before for an 8:45am appointment the next morning. Didn’t get the car back until the following day. It takes them over 24+ hrs to perform the simplest of task, an oil change. I’d recommend not making appointments if you cannot meet even the lowest of expectations. But they’re happy to try and up sell ya!!"
