"I had the most horrible experience with slc Audi location. I have been their loyal customer for 4 years. Jason didn’t provide me with help and support i needed to fix my car. He lacked communication skills and didn’t promptly communicate with me in regards to my car. I waited 6 months to fix my Audi 015 q7 which has 65 thousand miles on it. Even after 6 months at the dealership, it wasn’t fixed. I service and do the maintenance of my car on time at this same dealership location. I don't know what happened and they were giving different diagnosis everytime. They initially said tractor was the problem, “fixed it” and gave it back to me. After I received the car from the dealership, i didn’t even drive for 5 miles and I started hearing sounds from the engine. They kept the car for another six months saying that they needed to change the engine which needed to be ordered from Germany and cost thousands of dollars. They provided no answer for what was wrong with the car and why the engine died. If the engine was an issue, why didn’t they diagnose it the first time. I have been on time with my servicing and maintenance at this same location. They diagnosed different issue at first, there was no explanation on sudden engine issue. They had opened my car, tore it apart, there was charger and other stuff missing from the inside of my car. With no answer, support and high cost estimation from this dealership, after 6 months, I had to tow my Q7 to another dealership to fix it. This was a terrible experience and they have the most awful service. For a dealership that works with luxury cars, I was treated poorly and the sheer lack of communication, promptness and diagnosis was frustrating. They are racist and didn’t care about my experience because I am an immigrant and brown man. My car is still not fixed due to their incompetence for the last 6 months. This dealership wasted my time, energy and money. I would never go back to this location and trust them with any car. With this experience, I am questioning my loyalty toward Audi. The service and treatment that I received, I would never want to purchase another Audi. In maintenance department Mr Kc is awesome."

"Recently I had a recall on my passenger airbag. I needed new tires and told them to fix the airbag problem. They told me that everything had been taken care of. A short time later, the airbag light started randomly going off and on. I returned to have it fixed and was told that since the car’s mileage was over 50,000 I would need to pay for the airbag to be fixed. When I pushed them on “what did they repair on the airbag a few months earlier”, they told me they had fixed everything. My personal opinion is they billed corporate for the recall and didn’t do a thing to my car. Now I’ve got to pay. I’ll never do business with Strong again!"
